10 Twenty One Pilots Ukulele tutorials you can practice now

So you got yourself a deck of our Beginners Ukulele chord cards with your brand new Uke. All you need now are some fresh hip songs to play!

Twenty One Pilots are dominating the music scene and are unique because alongside Josh Dun’s energetic drums you have Tyler Joseph composing and adapting hit songs for the Ukulele. No where will you find as much fresh new music for the Ukulele.

TØP have been embraced by music vloggers such as Elise Ecklund and The Ukulele Teacher John Atkins on YouTube and there are dozens of easy and hard Twenty One Pilots video tutorials available.

We picked out 10 tutorials you can play immediately with an Ukulele and a set of Beginners Ukulele Chord Cards. We stick mostly with Elise Ecklund but stray over the The Ukulele Teacher for the smash hit Heathens and the deeply emotional My Blood.

The Judge

A song that Tyler has performed solo on YouTube and which is one of his most fun performed live.

There are seven chords in Elise Ecklund’s tutorial:

Ride

You’ll need a capo to perform this one properly and there are five chords to practice.

Screen

This one sounds great on the Ukelele. The scrumming pattern is mostly down strums separated by a mute. Just touch the strings lightly to stop them.  Why does that sound so cool?

Johnny Boy

A song of a man underestimated and under appreciated by his loved ones.

Lane Boy

A defiant noisy song full of slick rap lyrics. Three chords only but three strumming patterns to learn and more mutes.

Oh Ms Believer

An affectionate song about the value of faith. It is full of pity and concern for Tyler's "little sleeper" who stumbles through through the snow.

Stressed Out

A song about the pain of growing up and looking back with a sense of nostalgia to simpler times past. Seven chords, and two strumming patterns means this one will take a bit of work, but it is worth it to reproduce a hit Twenty One Pilots Single.

Holding onto You

This song is a statement of faith in Tyler Joseph's vision of himself as a musician. As someone exploring the world and working towards your own vision, this is your musical Samwise Gamgee.

Heathens

From the movie Suicide Squad this is, alongside Car Radio, one of Twenty One Pilots' earliest hit anthems and the song that made them as a band. You can follow in those footsteps by learning just three chords and one strumming pattern.

My Blood

Jon Atkins' Twenty One Pilots branded uke is not necessary for this one, but a capo is. There are 5 chords to practice, all included in our beginner's chord deck.
